This was way more intense than I thought it would be haha. I used used my 15lb kettlebell and my own body weight. It was a quick workout, about 20 minutes, but I’m really feeling it!! Here it is in a more readable format:

  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 12 bicep curls (each arm)
  • 10 pushups
  • 12 tricep press
